Lydia's Here!

Lydia Joy Prosser arrived at 12:20 pm on Sept. 24, 2014.  Weighing 8lbs. 9 oz., measuring 19.75 inches.  We showed up to the hospital, got settled in, and about 4.5 hours later, she was here!  Eleanor was so excited to meet her, but was sick, so Derek was shuttling back and forth between home and the hospital taking care of her.

Halloween and Cox Farms

We took Eleanor to a Fall Festival about 30 minutes away.  She loved having a ton of space to roam around, and she really loved the Kiddie Zone.

She dressed up as an elephant for Halloween this year.  She's still a little young to actually Trick or Treat (she was mainly interested in the noise the candy wrappers made), but she loved watching all of the big kids walking around in their costumes.

Here she is posing in her new dress from Grandma Prosser.

14 months and the Outer Banks

Some friends of ours invited us down to Corolla, NC in the Outer Banks for Labor Day.  It only took us about 5 hours to get there, and it was a lot of fun.  Reggie was excited to be back in the sand with the frisbee, and Eleanor was mainly interested in eating the sand.

Eleanor playing with Reggie.  She loves him so much.  Sometimes the feeling is mutual.

Hawaii

I'm not even going to attempt to narrow down the best pictures for this post (I made an entire photo book of the hundreds of pictures from our trip), but here is a little flavor of our trip to Maui.  It was a long way out there (especially with a toddler), but it was so worth it.  We got out there and then met up with my parents, Derek's parents, and Kirk.  We rented a house with a short walk to a beautiful beach.  We had fun playing in the sand and water, watching sunsets, eating great food, going to the spa, Haleakala, etc.  It was hard to leave that place, and we are already counting down the days when we can return.

Now onto the pictures...there are a lot of them...
